ZOE DESIGN'S  MURAL FOR THE WESTON LIBRARY

The Weston Library on the Second Floor was the private library for the Endicott Family.  Besides being part of the Boutique, the Society is also using the Weston Library for an exhibition of textiles from the Society's collections illustrating aspects of the trade between East and West that was the basis of the family's wealth.

Hearing of the Show House a couple of weeks ago, Zoe Design was so kind as to donate their talents to design and install a mural for the panel above the Weston Library fireplace where the Richard Ellery portrait of  the late, long time Society Trustee and supporter, Stephen Weston, used to hang.   The portrait is still hanging in the Mansion but you will have to come to Show House to discover where it is now and learn a fascinating twist to the portrait's move.

Here's a video clip of Zoe Design's Doug Garrabrants hanging the new panel: Hanging the Weston Library's new Zoe Design Mural
